Opening Hymn: There is a Green Hill Far Away Sister Weaver
Opening Prayer: Sister Lamb
Quote: Elder Pierre-Louis
Preach My Gospel: Sister Hansen on the Holy Ghost
Book of Mormon: Morris’
Chiste: Elder Hubert shared how they decided to ride bikes instead of drive. After riding for about 10 miles they stopped at their first appointment and no one was there. They went to their backup plan and that was tracking. They started knocking on doors in an apartment complex. One lady was watching them. When they got to her apartment she invited them in. They taught her two lessons and asked her how she knew so much about the church. She said she was an inactive member. She said I didn’t want to interrupt your teaching.
We taught the Book of Mormon from 3rd Nephi 27 and Mosiah 18 about taking upon us the name of Christ. After our meeting we asked the District missionaries to sing happy birthday to Denise John Brooks (we home and visit taught her in our Ward in Arizona). We send the video to Denise on WhatsApp. Denise told us thanks and then she asked who the missionary was with the beanie. We told her Elder Pierre-Louis. She said she thought he had lived with her niece in Boston. We text Elder Pierre-Louis and asked him if he knew Holly John. He said, yes, he lived with her and her family in Boston. From one of our blogs we mentioned that Elder Pierre-Louis had been struck by lightning and had to come to the United States for health care. He is from Haiti. Such a small world to have a missionary here know our relatives in Boston and Litchfield Park. It was fun learning all this.

Biloxi District:
We went to the Keesler AFB Hospital to continue our training. Stan gave us a briefing for about 1.5 hours to complete our training. We stopped by the Commissary and got Strawberry and Blueberry Toast Cereal and Little Debbie’s for the missionaries. We shared that with them in our District meeting. Diana and I had the training from the Book of Mormon. We shared 3rd Nephi 27 and Mosiah 18 about taking the name of Christ upon us. After our District meeting we went bowling for Home Evening with the Airmen at Keesler. It was fun. We had pizza and drinks.
